Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are made within 14 days of receiving your order. For redirection, you can reach info@piguetpen.ch via e-mail or from the ‘Contact’ field on the website. 

Items must be unworn, unused, and in it’s original packaging. All taxes and costs incurred in changes and returns, and shipping costs belong to the customer. Responsibility for items lost by mail during return and exchange is not accepted.

To begin your return, email info@piguetpen.ch with subject line: RETURN REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.

To begin your exchange, email info@piguetpen.ch with subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.

Instructions will be sent upon approval. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange. Once we receive the package, please allow 3-7 business days for EMPER Kalemsan İç ve Dış Tic. İnş. Ltd. Şti. to process the return or exchange.
