Shipping Details

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

We send the products with worldwide free shipping by DHL Express.

The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

piguetpen.ch is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of EMPER Kalemsan İç ve Dış Tic. İnş. Ltd. Şti. to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Returns and exchanges are made within 14 days of receiving your order. For redirection, you can reach info@piguetpen.ch via e-mail or from the ‘Contact’ field on the website. All taxes and costs incurred in changes and returns, and shipping costs belong to the customer. Responsibility for items lost by mail during return and exchange is not accepted.

Deliveries may be delayed due to region-based reasons that prevent or slow down deliveries.
